Welcome to Studio Bellinda! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from our Michigan-based handmade custom woodmaking studio.

By accessing or using our websites (studiobellinda.com and/or studiobellinda.store) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place orders.

1. Our Products All items sold by Studio Bellinda are handmade to order from natural wood. Variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are normal characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.

2. Orders and Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Custom Orders Custom and made-to-order items are subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once production begins (typically within 24 hours), cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.

4. Pricing and Payment Prices are in USD and do not include shipping or taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Bellinda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

Natural wood products may have inherent characteristics (including strength variations). We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
